Detail Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival Cochin (No Meal)

Welcome on arrival.  Our airport representative will met with guest in airport and assist them to transfer in hotel.  Afternoon proceed to visit St Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, Jewish Synagogue, Mattancherry Palace, built by Portuguese, this Palace contains some of India’s most beautiful murals and finally Chinese fishing net. Later on back to hotel for overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02: Cochin – Munnar (B/L/D)

Early breakfast drive to Munnar about 160 kms. On arrival, check in to the hotel and then proceed to visit Mattupetty Dam, Kundala Lake, Echo Point. Afternoon enjoy Tea Museum – Tata Tea Museum, also known as the KDHP Tea Museum, (Around 2 km on the Nallathany road, from Munnar). Interesting enough if you have not visited a tea plantation before. Evening free at local market for Gift / souvenir shopping. Back to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 03: Munnar – Periyar(B/L/D)

Breakfast and then drive to Periyar – the wildlife sanctuary. On arrival proceed for Boat ride in Periyarlake for 3 hours with trained local guide. Later on will proceed for the dense spice Garden. In the evening,  you are free for shopping in the spice market in Kumily. Back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 04: Periyar –Alleppey Backwater Houseboat (B/L/D)

Morning breakfast and drive toward Alleppy. On arrival, board into a traditional Kerala style Backwater Houseboat. You can see panoramic backwater stretches, lush paddy fields. Cruise through the backwater. Lunch & dinner in houseboat.  Overnight in at Houseboat.

Day 05: Kumarakom – Kovalam(B/L/D)

Morning breakfast in Backwater houseboat. Checkout & drive to Kovalam. Arrive Kovalam, check in to the hotel. Rest of the time free at leisure and enjoy the Kovalam beach. Back to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 06: Kovalam(B/L/D)

Morning breakfast and relax in a beach. Afternoon we have a short city tour visit Lighthouse, Kovalam Village and in the evening free for shopping in local market. Later on back to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 07: Kovalam – Trivendrum – departure (B/L/D)

Morning breakfast and  proceed for Trivandrum. Explore the city start from Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple: This 260-year old temple has a gopuram that rises 30 metres in the sky and intricately carved pillars which are beautiful. Napier Museum, Chitralayam Art Gallery & Sri MoolamthirunalShastiPurthi Memorial (State Handicraft Institute). 

In the evening, you will be transfer airport for onward destination. Kumaraom – Kovalam – Cochin
